Top residenz short *

The hotel is now in polish hand, all guests except us were Poland, the official welcome in the evening with cocktails in polish language instead!
The apartment hotel was built in the 70's from the earth heaved and then was apparently never again hand, our very large apartment consisted of old worn furniture, the mini kitchen was partially 70iger green chic and ability, the bathroom was with tub in an orange design and a laminated plastic hose (shower only in sitting) equipped. Brown were an unidentifiable mash carpet, drafty.
The hotel corridors were not heated, what constituted with a outside temperature of-21 °C inside just above zero. In the lobby is a free WiFi point, there were indeed the guests with laptops and ski cap, because there is also heated.
The pool and sauna area, a lot of rust, old, shabby, in the steam sauna and the tiles from many, dark musty...
Food in the attached hotel Christal or rent zirm a dining room for all three hotels, huge also only poorly heated, getting fatter and fatter Fleece sweater please! Food was, to few staff, loveless and above all loud atmosphere, because of the volume was a entertainment at the table in a normal volume hardly possible.
We actually wanted to ten days left, but also as the place has gone down, 1 apres ski bar with horror prices a disco with mainly polish guests. Bad weather, poor accommodation have we canceled our holiday after seven days, it was us then our money but a shame to
