Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIt was a great pity, that the bar 20:00 o'clock and also the fireplace only then was burned down. So after with tägiges tea on a fireplace not possible and taking a drinks before dinner in the bar. The very we appreciated, as guests. Also, it was not possible to see other rooms and suites, as the guests was announced sheet. A shame! The small comfort the charm make this hotel were missing. But the price remained! Our traditional vacation, in the spring, we will spend this year in sellin. Despite the absence of the pool you will find the travel'charm'.

Liebe Frau Carola,vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben und Ihren Aufenthalt offen und ehrlich für uns eingeschätzt haben. Wir bedauern sehr, dass unsere Leistungen bei Ihrem letzten Aufenthalt nicht dem entsprachen, wie Sie es erwartet haben und erwarten dürfen. Bedingt durch die geringe Auslastung im Monat November haben wir das Café und die Bar Patio nur eingeschränkt geöffnet. Dafür war ganztägig das Restaurant Gabbiano geöffnet, mit dem Angebot von Frühstück, über Mittagessen, Kaffeetrinken und Abendessen.
Was ich nicht nachvollziehen kann, warum wir nicht in der Lage waren, Ihnen andere Zimmerkategorien des Hauses zu zeigen. Dem werde ich selbstverständlich nochmal nachgehen. Das Angebot steht das ganze Jahr und da gibt es auch keine Ausnahmen.
Schön, dass Sie unsere Gäste waren. Wir wünschen Ihnen ein besinnliches Weihnachtsfest und einen guten Rutsch ins Neue Jahr. Bleiben Sie schön gesund und viel Spaß bei Ihrem Urlaub in unserem schönen Travel Charme Kurhaus Sellin im kommenden Jahr.
