New year's Eve vacation 2011 *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A Aour short break in travel charm in bansin was very pleasant. Nevertheless, we would like to see, it for couples without children a 'child' time in the spa area. From 19:00 o'clock perhaps... Unfortunately, there was pool edge jump during the entire opening. Possible for the hotel is the friendliness, location and the amenities

Sehr geehrter Herr Tim,vielen Dank für Ihre offene und ehrliche Bewertung über Ihren Urlaub in unserem Hause. Schön, dass Sie über Silvester unsere Gäste waren.
In unserem Hotel ist FamiliePlus groß geschrieben und die Toleranzgrenze ist weiter ausgelegt als in den Hotels, die die Familie nicht als Hauptpositionierung haben wie wir. Mit eingeschränkten Öffnungszeiten für die Familien können wir uns nicht anfreunden, dass spricht gegen unser Konzept.
Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Liebe und Gute und hoffen sehr, dass Sie wieder zu uns kommen und wir für Sie da sein dürfen.
