Terrible
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AI have been in this hotel also 2010 for 2 weeks. When I arrived this time I was forced to wait for my room for 2 hours. Other peple arriving after me got rooms before me. Friends of mine had booked room at the hotel but when they arrived they were refused rooms because they had not payed in advanced. But there were witnesses that there had been an agreement that they were booked and that they could pay when they arrived in the morning. After that I moved to Whitesands instead. The best hotel on the beach. But I can not recommend Travellers.
Location
The staaf at the reception and the management are very rud and unprofessional. But other staff ar very kind and professional.
Gastronomy
Breakfast ok and the indiand restaurang. The rest a disaster
Sport & Entertainment
Very small and dirty.

OK but simple.
