Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ALooks nice on the surface but on closer inspection in my opinion it is definitely not 5 star or even 4 star,
Poor selection of food which was always tepid no matter when you went for a meal.
Cleanliness was sadly lacking most guests changed rooms due to poor decor and we heard from one couple that their daughter had cut her leg on a broken bed spring.
Location
Right on the Beach.

On arrival at 4:00 am our mini-bar was empty,as I needed tablets, my husband was told to go to the 24 hr bar to get water,he was not told where it was but was told the mini-bar would be filled in the morning,it was not so we finally had it stocked after a further complaint.
Very limited grasp of English,we got the feeling they did not care much for anyone except the Russians & Germans(Maybe they tip better!!!)
Room was clean apart from a few stains but surrounding area(Pool Etc;) was full of debris from a storm and was not cleaned for two days so there was nowhere to sit except on soaking wet loungers.
Gastronomy
wasn't there long enough to sample any restaurants but in the dining room my husband pointed out to staff that he almost slipped on a patch of orange juice leaking from a machine and was met with a shrugged shoulder,he then cleaned it himself using a towel which was on the floor near the machine.
Food was not replaced as it was eaten so we had to get there early but even then the food was never hot.
We were there 3 days when we were told we had to be moved to a different hotel as 'It was closing down early for the winter'
Sport & Entertainment
we only went to one show which was very good but after the evening meal there was nothing going on to entertain guests and the show only lasted 1 hour.
The outdoor pool still had debris floating and the water slides were off so we went to use the Spa facilities.
The indoor pool was colder than the outside pool,only one Sauna was heated (Nowhere near enough for the amount of guests) The Haman was the coldest we have ever used, The so-called Fish pedicure was a farce with about six fish in each tank and for the extra £30-00 we were expected to pay was a real rip-off.
Room
Our room was not too bad,it had everything as stated in brochure but the air conditioning was switched of & in temperatures of 30+ was stifling. Staff told us it was their 'Winter Season'
Tips and recommendations
Best time to visit :NEVER this hotel should be banned.
We have visited Turkey 6 times,always 5 star All/Inc and if we had stayed here first we would not have holidayed in Turkey again.
