Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe are torn between, on the one hand, the whole area was very nice, good location on the mill pond, invites you to go hiking/biking trails the and the room was just great: large, a view of a meadow, in a very quiet location, huge bathroom with September. Toilet.
On the other hand: we arrived about ten minutes and must, before someone came to the front desk. Welcome drink weren't offered, it would be able to demand, as we later saw (but who spends so what?).
A large spa area on three levels from the 80 ERN (evidence :-plenty of sunbeds, as in the time and appropriate tiles). Disadvantage: everything is open; if the kids in the not too large pool yelling, was quiet in every corner to get to the spa. Warning of the hotel staff only after asking at the front desk lack staff on site.
Another, smaller SpA was new and quiet. Relaxation area, not very well maintained (=-tens of dead flies laying around). There was no staff to see or rarely.
In two areas there was a chronic lack any sauna towel.
The breakfast buffet was poorly prepared, no variety. It was extremely slow. Empty plates were cleared rarely eaten.
The dinner was not outstanding, but OK.
Check-out: it should be moved to a lower arrangement, not done. Until 10:00 A.M. (!) had to be checked out, free coffee to go at check out-but only until about 9:30 A.M. (?).
It is not quite here and around. The reason could be the very young staff, very willing the, friendly and helpful, but it is not so experienced. It seems, as if the staff is guided. If this takes place, the beauty could sleep...
I would recommend the hotel from above reasons, despite these minor flaws, had it not been for the sign on the counter at the front desk were, asking the departing guests, the hotel on holidaycheck. de recommendable. For each recommendation there are 50 €! Sorry, but I think that for no-go! ... Since this reward probably all hotel guests cope with...
Another tip to the hotel management: staff holidays Orden, then there are the recommendations of guests also enjoy free...
