super hotel, nice room *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIt was a very very nice short stay. The room (in the guest house) was very large and comfortable, unfortunately, wireless would be nice former. The exchange of towels for those wellness area but that didn't work out, but it was certainly manageable in the organization. The food in the restaurant was very delicious, delicious. Particularly to emphasize was the staff, very friendly and competent. We would gladly come anytime again.

Es freut uns sehr zu hören, dass Sie die Tage in unserem Haus genossen haben und sich vorstellen könnten, einmal wieder zu kommen. Da Sie u.a. in Ihrer Rückmeldung angegeben haben, dass Sie es schade fanden, ein Hotelzimmer mit Teppichboden bekommen zu haben, weisen wir bereits heute vorsorglich darauf hin, dass wir ein spezielles Allergiker - Zimmer (ohne Teppichboden) haben.
Gleichzeitig ist es uns sehr wichtig, unsere Philosophie – unsere Gäste mit Freundlichkeit und Servicebereitschaft – jederzeit zu begeistern. Deshalb ist es für uns sehr entscheidend, dass unsere Gäste und auch Sie uns Ihre Meinung ehrlich mitteilen, denn nur so haben wir die Möglichkeit entsprechend zu handeln und dem zukünftig entgegenzuwirken.
