Service is not everything *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ABed and mattress rather poor-better pack-n-play with soft, 1.90 meters long mattress.
Holes in the towels.
Apartment very large-from other guests we experienced, that the hotel rooms are very small.
Apartments on 64 steps distance-shuttle service on arrival and departure.
The pool was very small.
In the restaurant every evening different theme-great food-but " " cooked German bratwurst!!!!???
1 waitress in the dining room in the morning was very unfriendly-demand for milk for coffee-information: you must when passing have overlooked-however no information, where the milk is...
Staff is also without tips very rude. With a tip you will be treated as regular and benefits.
Two times a week there was no room service-at change of towels and toilet paper think!!!
Hotel is located on a hill-laboriously-but it is easy to get from the boulevard with many German restaurants and bars and shops.
