Van der Valk Hotel Breukelen

We went to a concert in the Heineken Music Hall and it was really well-run by the hotel. Right on an interstate and only a few minutes from Amsterdam. Also a large and private car parking free of charge.

The lady at the front desk was nice but when we needed a checking us a card for 15 minutes free internet connection in the handed instead of having the information schedules. The housekeeping staff did all unfortunately didn't greet (also not respond to our say hello). Definately would recognize the lever in the staff policy.

We arrived after the concert to the hotel and there was nothing more to eat anything but a very small selection of snacks. BREADED and deep-fried. No salad, no sandwich. Anything that would expect in such a hotel. The snack was totally carelessly on the plates, not even a lettuce leaf to decoration) and we didn't get napkins. The tables were in the snack bar, and even in the breakfast room full of crumbs and partly were the Tischabfallbehälter emptied. A shame, as there were enough ladies on site. But they'd rather chat. At 15 euros for the breakfast: I requested a freshly squeezed orange juice.

The room was nicely decorated, but the bathroom was a bit older. Could use new joints etc. Use. In addition, the bathroom dirty (hair in the tub etc. ) However, the bed was soft and great and from the balcony we had a great view of the Asian garden.
