A great hotel, my tip for relaxation *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ATo a time when the gray fall in Germany, we had a week summer holiday in the Vila Valverde. Next to the great climate and weather the hotel was perfect for our relaxation. A spacious, tastefully decorated rooms with views of the countryside and the bay of Praia da Luz. The room was complete with blind screens, what good night's sleep, and out of the other guests we heard nothing. Although the hotel was fully booked we always found a quiet corner, for example. In the lobby, at one of the pools (inside and out) or on the terrace. We'll be back!
Location
For us it was the ideal base from which to Portugal (with the rental) to explore. Faro airport is about 1 hours drive away. Essentially you for weeks everyday to a different beach.
The staff (including bosses) are willing to give a chat with great advice from the breakfast.
Gastronomy
Until 11 hours there was a breakfast buffet with everything you could wish for: fresh-squeezed juices and fruit and vegetables, what a few minutes to the plant in front of hanging in the hotel's garden. The dinner we unfortunately didn't try out, but it smelled delicious and the guests that ate loved saw.
Sport & Entertainment
According to there was a indoor and outdoor pool. For the spa was the weather sadly too good; -)
Room
Exceptionally large, very nicely furnished. There is also a great espresso machine in the room.
Tips and recommendations
Cell-phones have always work in the lobby free wi-fi (free of charge).
