The hotel is located in a very quiet and idyllic, laid out in a beautiful pine forest. The pool is not very big, but clean. We had only booked breakfast, this was more than enough, something from everything, very fresh and unusual fruits. I stayed in a hotel in Italy have never had such fresh brewed coffee, such as aurea in the hotel. Really Great! Unfortunately the staff spoke almost no German, only English. Downside is, that you in the city of Cortona for dinner drive, the walk is too far. Otherwise a nice, very quiet hotel.
