The apartment is situated right on the beach, with a huge balcony making the most of the beautiful view. The layout of the apartment, with the residents of the second bedroom having to access the bathroom via the main bedroom, means there is is a lack of privacy. Also, the apartment needs more than one air conditioning unit, as internal doors have to be left open to keep all rooms cool.
