Extremely disappointing *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAfter 1, five day (!), at last, the Internet a found date of arrival, we were first of the beautiful ambience of the hotel and our room Hellena pleasantly surprised.
Less enjoyable was freezing cold but the room and the bathroom, as well as the maximum degree 40 warm water. And all this at a temperature of about-three degrees! The elevators were icy. Nothing worked. Furthermore, the fact that my wife is pregnant, and no cold pulled must!
After we were right in the night of our arrival (Saturday) complained directly by telephone (no reception), came only after a surly employees push past us and wanted, whether it be air in the heating. Unfortunately no air from the radiator out.
We were always served Wilder stories, because of the chef on the heating etc. change so we had to sleep with icy temperatures, since the situation did not change.
The next morning we had the ability to communicate in foreign languages. They immediately knew what was and we wanted to talk, the heating turned off for two hours. A big lie. It was the whole night. We asked you, the situation. Instead of talking with us at, broke talking and went.
(!) We never saw such a bad service. Under everything became. Then we shared, we learn from and wanted to move to our already paid money back. Then came a snip-centred ' make the writing.
We are actually taken off in a great hotel (ESPLANADE-highly recommended and above all: it was heated).
The other guests we met pull, which were, the unfriendly girl at the complaints, it was cold.
We are very disappointed by the poor service and improper handling of complaints. The staff is the sign for Each accommodation unit.
At the Villa Icarus/Dorothea should the owner just have to think about it, how it defines its guests can.
To eat: our fine chocolates emerged as three merci. The noble champagne was sparkling wine for 0.59 €plus.
The buffet consisted of cereal, cereals, milk and juice and tea. Very tasty and varied ''.
All in all: the hotel and the rooms are beautiful. everything else was bitterly disappointed.
