The hotel area is not well maintained, dried plants in pots. broken lounge chairs at the pool, wiping cloths to dry on the bushes, rip-off payment (7%!)in the room, because of the location (balcony equal access to all rooms and reception) was very noisy, no privacy in the outdoor area possible.
