Villa Ruzica

The location was very good. Just across the street to the beautiful town beach ( partly sand/some Feinkies). After 10 minutes one was right in the heart of the city and the harbor, where all excursions offered with boats.

The staff had at least at the front desk was rude and not helpful - Foreign language skills were hardly available. You had to wait in line for ages, if I had a question. Service was very small. The room cleaning was very superficial

We are certainly not pampered here, but we can even not a 3 star rating. Breakfast was more or less ok, but the dinner! ! 2 Meat dishes and a fish dish to choose from - 2 side dishes, one type of vegetable and 2 sorts of salad - that was it - for dessert there was melon and ice and every day. The drink prices were okay - not more expensive and not cheaper than in every holiday destination. The dishes was freshly washed, but it was always, that it still was not completely clean .

Leisure facilities are not offered from the hotel itself, there is no pool. You can use the hotel's lobby internet, but only if you own laptop.

The rooms are large, as was the bathroom. We had even a balcony, although not booked. Everything you needed was available - The air--minibar hair dryer/TV - safe-deposit box. Decor is ok. But the hotel was lacking in the cleanliness. Under the bed you will find utensils from the previous guest - bed sheets holes - cupboards are not out inside swept - in the shower hair .

The cleanliness If you a a blind eye and no half board also from the staff didn't expect much they can get it for a week - we are left again after 3 days, as the weather at the end of August not cooperate more and we had the most of our time ( had rain and storms ) in the hotel to sleep in.
