Apartment dirty *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AArea Lecci -black hair on the floor, the bathroom dirty, fridge dirty. Under the beds was probably a very, very long not more. Altogether was the cleanliness of the apartment its disaster.

Sehr geehrter Alexander,Es tut uns Leid, als den Wohnung nicht gut geputzt war: normalerweise sind unsere Gäste über der Säuberung der Wohnungen befriedigt (sehen Sie die anderen Beurteilungen).
Wenn man Mangel findet, steht unser Personal immer sehr gerne zu Verfügung, man braucht nur die Agentur diesbezüglich zu informieren.
Vielleicht, hätten Sie unseren Putzfrauen oder direkt der Agentur Personal kontaktiert, hätten Sie uns die Möglichkeit die Mangel sofort lösen gegeben, um alles in Ordnung zu kommen.
Wir möchten Sie gern wieder in der Zukunft in unserem Feriendorf zu empfangen.
