Great location but service could be better *

The hotel is beautiful and the hotel is super.
Unfortunately, we were not as private coach Party the same treatment as it should be. There was no greeting by the manager, no detailed information on the end-it makes you feel like you are somewhat left alone. The rooms were okay, the food was delicious but it is somewhat unfortunate part of the management one trainee for about 38 people in the service to provide. The wait for the drinks and the complicated billing were not pleasant. Also the evening kitchen 21 hours should end at such a large company can extend. In summary, it is a hotel with a lot of potential where you very much of it could, if you take the right turning them in the service.
