Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A Anice Hotel in Chiang May. We had a room near the air conditioning and it was very noisy, we complained and got a new. But the staff were not so friendly, as we were used to in Thailand. This was not better, because the room with a connecting door to the next room was excellent and our very loud neighbors in the night they were kept awake. Very hard beds and old decor, but everything was clean! Food was okay, but only okay. We stayed only three nights, we enjoyed it then.
I would stay at the North at the next time I'd rather book a German-speaking trekking, I think because the culture and country/People better discover, as the excursions, the you get offered, are very expensive. We booked a day trip with a supplier. We were just too second thus very comfortable, but expensive. The white temple is highly recommended and of course 'golden Triangle'! From RAI Chaing we took the bus to Chiang May risks. Was great and very reasonably priced! The hotel is very Central, you can take a nice walk to the night market or restaurants.
