The rössli is a little more than just okay *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AHaving regard to the recommendation of a girlfriend who was there a year ago and loved the hotel, we booked a weekend. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed from A to Z. We were very uncertain and indifferent. Everything was very impersonal little or no information was available, although it was a rather small hotel. The staff was totally stressed and overwhelmed. As well as the helpfulness Spa. The saunas were old and too small. three saunas with 40 degrees and 80 degrees and 1 with six people then crowded. The bathrobes smelled of cuisine. The service was just 1 person. The breakfast was very, very simple and purisitsch and minimalist. Scrambled eggs or fried eggs to order and you get only for extra charge. That was all in the last year. La Mira Spa helpfulness we were not friendly. All were completely stressed. We were never by name and personally or raised, although we were there for almost three hours of treatment. The whole stay was in no way a relaxation and wellness vacation, but only a quick impersonal treatise. Also at the check out and payment. All persons before and after us wrong cost in the statement. Of Al we with the departure we wanted to mention our concerns were quickly turned away there were not received it. The rössli is still in very bad memory and we will have to stay at home as to go again.
