Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAfter our experience in April 2011 we were then twice in Xanadu (June/July and September) and have had different experiences. In June/July we experienced it as the Xanadu, as we appreciate, good service, good food and drinks, cleanliness in all areas, is highly recommendable in all areas. This is, unfortunately, clearly September to lower, quite simply because it lacked in service, cleanliness in certain areas, at the quality of the kitchen. The service staff in the main restaurant was completely overwhelmed in the mornings and afternoons, which is located at the number of people, the be used. With a few exceptions the staff is friendly, but not finished. This leads to not set tables, dirty tablesclothes are not always exchanged, waiting times at the refill and so on therefor the staff in our opinion nothing, that is the problem of poor training, organization and management. In the evening and in the specialty restaurants the previously described defects were not suitable for use. In all the bars the service worked quickly and perfectly the rooms in Hotel riu tikida dunas. Striking was the poor cleaning of toilets and changing rooms on the beach, has been greatly reduced the frequency, you can see that unfortunately very clearly from the state of these locations. The kitchen has clearly lost, it will be up to much remains of the buffets and be in the form of dubious mayonnaisesalaten apparently used frequently, we have heard so not. The quality of meat used has suffered, especially at lunch buffet. Although the hotel can choose from its guests well, striking is however the ever-increasing number of (male) guests, the restaurants in the evening in shorts, flip-flops in muscles and occupied, without interference that would. Five star high class is far away. In spite of this annoying faults us you can spend a beautiful vacation in Xanadu, effortless and the rooms are clearly the spacious area makes it possible, stress free at any time and everywhere to find a spot in the shade, always more beach chairs than guests are available.
