Avoid this hotel!
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AOur first impression of the hotel was very good, but we arrived at 5 a.m and was very tired after a long journey. A big hall and plenty of space in the middle of the hotel had obviosly stolen the space of the rooms. We are a family of 3 and got a double-room with an extra bed, it was so small that only one of us could move at the time.
The food was good, cleaning too. The staff spoke english poorly and didn`t understand much. Lot of guest from eastern Europe and some Swedish. The best with the hotel is its location by the beach. Swimming-pool was ok, but to deep, very small pool for children.
Very poor service, problably because we had All Inclusive, so they couldn`t make any more money at our stay.
Location
About 2 km to the senter of Alanya, shops nearby. Very good location by the beach. 2 hours for the airport in Antalya.
The staff did not understand the most general English. Did not say "hello" in the morning or at any time, we never got a smile despite we tried to smile at them. Room cleaning was ok.
We tried to get another, bigger room, but were told that every room was the same size. After calling Apollo, they suddenly had a 3-bed room. By the pool they were playing loud turkish music and techno, all day! We felt we were at a night-club. We tried several times to make them turn down the volume, but this was not easy even they understood what we ment.
Gastronomy
1 restaurant, 1 grill, 1 poolbar. Food and drinks was ok, very good turkish dinner. The restaurant was not a cosy place for the meals and very crowded.
Sport & Entertainment
No entertainment except drunk quests by the pool. No sport, very loud music by the pool.
Room
Very small rooms and a balcony at about 2 squaremetres.
Tips and recommendations
If you want a great holiday, avoid this hotel. We are never going back to this hotel!
