Location and facilities! We´ll be back!
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThis three star rated hotel succeeded our expectations! We normally choose fourstar hotels but in this case it was okej. Not top-nodge but hey, its a three star hotel. Cleaning of our room every day, fridge on our room, balcony with seaview in two directions and friendly staff. They kept the public toilets in good condition.
All-inclusive from 10 am-10 pm. We would have appreciated an earlier opening to be able to have some mineralwater for breakfast. An extra plus for the grilled hamburgers served at lunch at the pool. We would have enjoyed an afternoon snack of some kind.
Loads of russians at the hotel. However swedish, finnish, danish and norweigan as well.
Location
Best of all, we could use sunbeds at the pool or on the beach, no extras. Since the hotel is located on the beach we were also allowed to grab sodas, beer, mineralwater etc at the poolbar without extra charges, great!
The airport is two hours away, this we can not blame the hotel for, only the travelagent and the turkish government who hasn´t opened up the airport located outside Alanya for international flights.
Since we only stayed for one week this year we did not participate in any excursions.
We were pleased with the staff, most of them knew english.
Cleaning=good! Both our room and public areas
the Hamam was not as good as the ones we´ve experienced during previous trips to Alanya.
Our fridge (minibar) was warm so we made a complaint to the reception. He was there and fixed it within 10 minutes!
Gastronomy
We did not appreciate the breakfast, nor the other buffets. However, we really enjoyed the hamburgers at the pool.
We would have enjoyed an afternoon snack, more than the bisquits provided.
We did not get sick, however, we didn´t eat much from the buffet since heating and cooling of foods were poor and we therefore avoided the buffets.
It was clean but boring and a big minus since we do not enjoy sitting inside during lunchtime or breakfasttime.
Sport & Entertainment
Nice clean poolarea. Poolbar=excellent
Beach good, nice with the wooden path down to the water to help our poor feet from getting burned by the sand.
Room
We loved the pillow-menu! For the first time in turkey we slept like babies! Comfortable bed and pillows!
Safetybox, minibar and clean!
An other extra good thing, also a big plus, there were enough hangers in the closet. We have stayed at approximately 16 different hotels in Turkey and this was the first time there was enough hangers!
The balcony was small, however the view excellent!
Tips and recommendations
Wi-Fi both in the receptionarea and at the poolbar, very good!
