Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were looking forward to a new year's Eve stay. Unfortunately this was hampered by a few inconveniences easily. Already at the check in, we were three couples on the same floor in the room worked it wasn't't. Apparently the tour or of the hotel itself, the polluter is not the notes or comments we have lost the deposit. We were hotel's offers in the same floor room. Unfortunately only on the street side. Therefore we offer rejected. Shortly after we moved into our room had a musty odor in our room in the ground pulled. Drain odor or something in the nature. We first worry since we only had little time. So the bags quickly unpacked, and more. The windows were well soundproofed, but because the hotel directly at the middle ring is located, it is not recommended to open the windows if you had a room facing the street. ☺ at the back, the rooms were well deck silent and you could also night the window can be tilted. In our room was apparently not more. It was always quite well heated. And the air conditioning in the room worked just as the housekeeping after 16:00 the o'clock no longer in the house. On the second day we had the musty. Stench in the bathroom we complained. We noticed, the toilet brush was quite disgustingly dirty and was not changed. This was also not changed even after we in the morning after breakfast at the front desk had criticized. First after further calls and brush was reluctant to complain about us a new brush on the room brought. (service is something else) 25 °C in the rooms good, for some too warm to sleep you could regulate the temperature in the room not down. Therefore, you could forget the good ceilings. Clumsy as we were, we had the sheets with coke stained but after the housekeeping not in the hallway a 'hello' or 'good morning' out brought, the hope of a new sheets in the three days not met. A shame. My conclusion, if you took a closer look at the one or other deficiencies. For those price we booked through the tour, the value for money was okay I upset me, therefor the check-in process stay with three days too short.
