Nice staff but small space
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is good in general, but it is observe there is a lack of personal. I think this is good because this way the staff know the travellers but they don´t have time for doing all the proper job. The bedrooms are clean just the more necessary and I have found refreshments out of date in the bedroom´s bar.
It would be interesting to improve the Internet signal as there is only WIFI in the reception area and not all time and in addition to revise the power plugs of the room. Power works with the key and that means you can not charge a device without being in the room. You miss too a covered swimming pool which limits the activities in winter.The spa area is good but in other hotels is free of charge
The personal in general is friendly but limited by the amount of job. Special mention deserve concierge girl (very tall and very helpful) who worries about all the entertainment: bingo, chess, music performance (she also sings, and you can see people likes) and knows very well all the area of Can Pastilla and Palma and Mallorca in general. In the bar there is a waiter almost retired very kind and very atent. And finally in reception works a young lady very kind too who always smiles (as waiter and concierge girl) which is nice entering the hotel.
