Nice Hotel, unfortunately in the plague October wasps *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AService/food/room and maintenance on a high level! Nice Hotel, from the architecture was already a bit older (room not big), but recently renovated. Junior suites to sea unfortunately no sun protection on the Windows, so strong heating. In heavy October wasps plague, we were stuck in the room and on the beach many times. Area is due to the wasps food with small children not advisable. Nevertheless recommendable.

Hallo Johannes,vielen Dank fuer Ihr Feedback zu Ihrem 1 woechigen Urlaub bei uns auf Korfu. Sie haben Recht, die Wespen waren diesen Sommer speziell ab Mitte Juli sehr nervig. Auf ganz Korfu gab es dieses Jahr deutlich mehr Wespen als sonst, aber was soll man gegen "Mutter Natur" machen? Wir werden das Thema Wespen weiter diskutieren um effektivere Massnahmen zur Saison 2012 zu haben, die runde 30 Wespen-Fallen rund um das Beach Restaurant waren nicht 100% effektiv wie wir leider feststellen mussten. Wir wuerden uns trotzdem sehr freuen wenn Sie uns 2012 wieder hier besuchen wuerden, gerne auch alternativ im Mai oder Juni, in der Zeit ist die Insel am schoensten:-) Sonnige Gruesse vom Team des lti Grand Hotel Glyfada
