2 Days only Problems and at Supposedly 4.5 star *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe had booked our room to the pool through Thomas Cook. The first which one offered us was so dirty and at a construction sight, we got another, which was also very dirty, the reception promised that it would be cleaned thoroughly, which by the next day didn't happen. After contacting the travel agency we could move directly into another hotel, so we again got another room in Agadir Beach Club which was clean and in order for Morocco standards, but it was in order. These rooms were at the main street without balcony and the nightly disco noise, and in addition only one seat.
We wanted to enjoy our holiday after two days and stayed there. The area was very beautiful, but only partly unclean.
The pool chairs at the pool were never cleaned in 2 weeks, which we knew from a 3 star hotel differently. The area was very dirty and only after daily tips were given we had to get our own which wasn't so bad since there was only one sunshade which with that heat was often impossible.
Location
The distance to the beach was only over the street.
The transfer was also only 40 minutes.
The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and courteous (with tips). In the pool restaurant all the AI guests were treated as people in the second class and there one only had good service with daily tips.
Gastronomy
The food was good, and we got full and there was something there for everyone. The breakfast wasn't so good, the bread was as gum, one sort of sausage and cheese (for a 4+ star) and oh well it will pass. The cleanliness did left to be desired, the napkins were often used twice, one had to just look away.
The atmosphere was good, but without tips nothing worked.
Sport & Entertainment
The entertainers had a hard time getting the people off of the pool chairs. The pool chairs on the beach, were partly defective, and we just stayed standing the mats were dirty.

Room
The room size was in order.
The furniture was in the first 2 rooms so thrown together, just horrible. Third room was in order. TV was in order, balcony or patio we didn't have, the coffee machine wasn't anywhere around, we didn't hear of one. The cleanliness and the nice gests were there with daily tips.
Tips and recommendations
In our case the price performance ratio not in order.
The weather was also super, the air conditioner worked flawlessly.
Tip from us, take 2 rolls of 1 Eur coins then everything worked great.
