The Hotel is set withen its own Large Semi - Formal Gardens, With beautiful Trees and Plants very well tended....everywhere.
The Large Free - Form Swimming Pools are divided into Kiddies and Adults Areas, which are attended throughout by Trained, Happy and Engageing Life Guards. Who also actively promote and work hard at Various Animaions and Entertainments.
Guests can walk through this area to a Private Beech two / three minutes walk away and recieve Full Bar / Cafe Services, Very Large Loungers, Towels, and Umbrellas are all offered for ( complimentary ) Guests Comfort and Use.

Its True To Say that the Entire Staff Teams, Happy Go Lucky, Yet Professional Nature, Really Add to our well being and sense of satisfaction and who are very ( descretely ) Security Conscious Too.
Every aspect of Staff's Services is Just about Faultless....Whose Skills at Everything that they DO and Provide, is Totally Focused on The Guests Needs wether it be in Room Services, Restaurants and Bars, Animation and Entertainments or provideing informations re excursions, Places of Intrest not necessarily on the Tourists' Route; they are happy and have confidence to make recommendations / suggestions of many different things to do through the region and of course, other restaurants / cafe's / bars.

Several excellent restaurants offering exceptional cuisines within the hotel facilities abound...from Moroccan. Roma ( italy ) , French and A Huge Luxury Appointed Dinning Room for Casual Buffet Dinning for Breakfast, Foods and Treats, have to be seen...I counted 15 Juices Alone!
Quality of Foods were generally exceptional with staff going out of their way, time after time, to get Guests Additional and Different Beverages, Say, Lite Teas, Green Teas Etc.
The Cuisine is typically mixed being from many different Countries and Fusions Be it Local or International in origin or base.
Everything during my stay was Efficiently Carried Out, Totally Professionaly, with Amazing Patience at times....Yet Ever Smiling and Engageing with Everyone be they Adults, Old and Young, and Children.
Nothing was ever rushed or hurried....even when staff membes were on their feet....hour upon hour.....and in need of a Well Earned Break or Rest, Making everyone comfortable and contented, for sure.
The experinced and appreciative of guests were happy to tipp, giving several times throughout their stay.....as they understand excellence in this part of the world is Alas, Not Often Matched by Good or Regretably Adequate Wages; but the majoriy its sad to say....do not give propper appreciation of All The Hard Work that is given on their behalf, Day in and Day Out, without a trace of annoyance or possible upset.

Leisure Activites and Animations are high on the agenda of the hotel wth every type of guests needs and wishes generally met and satisfied.
Be it Water Polo, Basket Ball, withen the Swimming Pool Areas. Lawn or Yard Tennis to name but a few...ans Yes, Even Pool and Darts!
Everything was kept as clean as was practicle...understanding that Guests Often Re - Fill Rubbish Bins...Just after they were emptied, Leaving Empty Glasses, Drinks Cans Etc Under or Alongside where they are Laying on Sun Loungers.
Shower and Toilet Service areas outside for the Pool Users were well kept, as were the equipments, Bathing Towels Etc.

As I've written previously herein the Premier Suites and Junior Suites are 2nd to none.....Read my other comments.....above.
Alas Again, there was No Facilty to make Tea or Coffee Say, in The Suites? Why on Earth Not.
Great Comfortable Towels were in Abundance, Excellent Quality Toiletries, and Yes, Huge, Soft White, Towelling Bath Robes complimented with Vases of Sweet Smelling Locally Grown Roses.
The Terraced Areas were absolutely Big, complimented by First Quality, Padded, Sun Loungers....Secondry Dining Tables and Chairs...Lovely, Eh!

The only areas of contention for me where as follows:
Regardless of Your Useing Suites or Not, I feel more attention necessarrily must be paid to making wi - fi available in All The Suites...Its Was Annoying and Exceptionally Short Shighted ( when doing Re-Furbishments ) that this was somehow omitted.
Afterall when you Pay For, and Otherwise Recieve a 5 Star Service, the need to go out into the Main Lobby Areas to Work, Conduct Video Conferences, and Yes, Listen To Music / Play Movies...on occassion was ju Not Good Enough.
