Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AI am director of a hotel and therefore I have every understanding, if something didn't "just 24" runs. The friendliness of the staff and the curt reaction to even the most basic ask me is completely incomprehensible. I have never seen such a level of rudeness, non-binding character of and indifference. The ladies should the idea of service even once lead to cheered up. Out of order! I would say that I asked them very polite and friendly!!!!! In this hotel I will never stay here again!
