Staff very friendly, we had nothing to complain about. I have rented an adapter and gave very helpful advice, for example. Local attractions and links to the city center. Last day before I left and found the would deliver coffee powder to take evening on room. Morning coffee, juice, jam, butter and white toast, that was it!! Rooms are small, and totally filthy. Carpet was definitely several decades!! Bed was an extremely lumpy dual seating desk, but the bedding crisp, looked at least. Refrigerator old. Closet was falling apart. So we are really with almost no needs came to London, but this hotel was beyond expectations! You have to say, the staff are really friendly and the check-in release uncomplicated! Only exception to the friendliness is the "nice lady" at breakfast. Rarely experienced such a weariness. Well, the breakfast was ok, toast butter, jam, tea and coffee, the orange juice is in my opinion not edible, bit annoying too sweet. But maybe there were people taste.
