Pleasant service, great atmosphere, central location

A very nice and very well located Hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful, but you have to ask twice sometimes. The lobby is beautiful, the same applies to the outdoor area. But, that Morocco a rather low level of the price has, is the price for the hotel but a bit too high. But this is the only thing what it to complain about returns. we had only breakfast booked. The staff there was a disaster. Rude, inattentive, the waiters were in the chat together instead take care of it!The dishes in the breakfast was often dirty.     This hotel is located in a superb palm-fringed bay, on a magnificent beach of fine golden sand. The white city of Agadir is the oasis of the south, where an exceptional alliance reigns between the Arab, Berber and Tuareg cultures.

    The hotel is a genuine jewel of the Atlantic coast, with its desert Kasbah-style architecture, its refined interiors and its riad inspired by the Caravanserai form a harmonious combination of the traditional and the modern. Surrounding this luxury oasis lies the accommodation of 273 rooms, including 18 junior suites, six ambassador suites and 1 royal suite with private swimming-pool and hot tub. The hotel also offers guests a lobby area with 24-hour reception, a currency exchange facility and laundry service (for an additional charge). For younger guests there is a children's village supervised by specialist team leaders. Newspapers are available and there is an on-site golf pro-shop.
