The service in this hotel is incredible. Starting at personal concierge, the took care of everything and, of course, all names knows, to the handling of complaints. Work for us the wifi not quite, it people of the hotel so long worked, until everything fit. Cleaning the room 2 times daily and perfectly. Also the in other forums described mexican slowness for the waiters i can't understand, we were always promptly served.
