The hotel is on the whole acceptable and has a very pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, at the moment, two (September 2011) cloud sites in the immediate area. Everything works, both the service, as well as the technology. The rooms are spacious and pleasantly furnished, although somewhat in need of renovation. The same applies for the floors. It is however everything clean, no dirt jumps into the eye. Strangely only the variety of outlets types (I found English and German are observed at levels of one and the same room). The hotel is located in the central business district and conveniently close to the convention centre, embassies, shopping centre and a wide variety of dining and entertainment options. The bus station is situated within some 5 minutes' walk, and Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is approximately 35 km away.
Facilities
This property with beautifully designed and tastefully decorated interiors offers a conference room, restaurant, café and kids' club, as well as a children's playground. Renovated in 2009, the establishment has 163 guestrooms on offer and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and lift access. The conference facilities and Internet access may be of use to business guests, whilst the room and laundry services provide additional convenience (both for a fee). Those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park.
