We agree to our previous speaker at, we are jointly traveling. It was our first and hopefully final Urlaubshotelhorror. How can one stubborn & be rude, as the Russhotelpersonal?! Hands off this hotel. Were totally ripped off (maybe only, because we German were). Got instead of the booked standard room a dump assigned. And, although we breakfast with booked, we were literally from the dining room thrown. … read more

The room was cleaned every day and down to the bathroom was this very thoroughly done. The only complaint is that the foreign language skills of the staff very diverse, there were two staff that reasonably English the rest of only spoke Russian. Could have been my company weren't spoke Russian, I would have been lost but sometimes really! The check in was a little difficult with the lack of foreign language skills of the staff.
