We were 3 weeks (!) And had unfortunately! Half board option. The hotel is located nice at the sea, (also the restaurant), has stylishly equipped clean rooms with good beds. There are too few loungers by the pool. All of the staff were nice and everything would be really wonderful, if not this really crappy service in kitchen and restaurant would have been, which really very dissapointed has! Basically missing any supervision, someone, after the needs of the guests sees. The staff 'vergisst' often on the 10 metres kitchen the order, speaks nuschelig silent, many mistake and quasselt rather at ... the bar, when really attentive to buffet or guests to take care of it. Unprofessional! It seemed to us like an – beautiful – waiting room. Example: Breakfast – something was always lacking There are supposedly from 7:30 a. m., but at this time was the buffet still not ready for long time established. Almost everything is empty and it appears not from the staff or management, to give, the interested. If we being early there were, because we a longer trip over the island had planned, was more often around 7:45! Not even toast as! The service we would have saved! Something was always missing!. And one had him vexingly with long waiting time dangle after either were no pancakes as (if what arrived, were the 5 piece, in 30 seconds away), the butter was missing or the milk for the muesli, there was no fruit or spoon in yoghurt was missing, if it times which gave. We wanted for once to at 9 o'clock our toast toasten and wondered, that this was not dark was. Because after 1,5 hours still nobody plug the toaster in the plug stuck! Coffee, with cold milk ordered, comes with hot milk. Can then also times 20 minutes, although only 5 guests sit. And you do not understand why, because enough staff jumps around there. Spieleier, the ' upside down' be ordered, come after long waiting time as normal fried eggs. Again and again orders were forgotten or came only after endless long time. Very annoying! Dinner: Same game-but blatant we recommend every very good steadiness! When we for dinner went (in the first week), we have every evening at least one hour (!) Waited, until the first course (of 3 en!) Was served. Bread was only after a three quarters of an hour, if it because even came. You can sit after a long day there and stares an hour long on an empty plates, although the kitchen knows nevertheless, when the food get started should. The felt every time absolutely surprised before. You had the feeling, if the dinner officially began, the chef only times from the neighboring in/out privileges and then slow time the oven on. Very slow. In the first week we have at least 2 hour, sometimes 3,5 hour were, until finally the 3. course was served! Eternal wait. With all love: what do the chefs and the staff there actually?! The every evening from guests surprised, the exasperatingly for dinner go?! What a more cunning move from the guests! After long trips or beach days we just wanted to eat something and then rest, but not hungry on ungepolsterten wooden chairs as the alter wartesaal sit, until everything hurt and only annoyed was. We were way not the only, the absolutely gene ffs were of this 'service'. We have still some people – partly steep-complained, but nothing changed. Furthermore serving very 'european' food. For spaghetti or Schnitzel brauch' i but not in the indian ocean to fly. On Maritius there is so great spices, tastiest fish and really great local dishes, but in local restaurants. From the 2. week we decided not more annoy and we are just outside eat out. This hotel-restaurant was just very annoying, as you pay a lot of money for this restaurant relatively expensive food! We can all, as always want to go back and is mobile absolutely recommend: only book the accomodation! Definitely not with half board. This robs just endless valuable time of vacation, nerves and money. We advise, by car in the surrounding beautiful native small restaurants to drive. They are in 5 to 15 minutes reached, are consistently much faster and better and you have more of the island and the nice people there! Is besides very a lot cheaper and you get sometimes typical, so creole, which much delicious is. Once we went to the dinner start time in the hotel treacherous on the external dinner. Of al we after 1 three-quarters hours after a foreign 3-course menu returned to the hotel, sat the same guests as at departure in the hotel restaurant and had their appetizer received.
