The exterior of the hotel made a good impression, lobby, restaurant and bar are chic and on the amount of time here - can it be borne. Great is the on-site bicycle rental and free wi-fi. The genossene 3 - course meal is average, the gourmet will not spoiled. To our booked standard room: here is the time before about 20 years and it is urgent renovation. The beds are worn out, the rest of the furniture seemed still very thrown together and is subpar quality. Zimmerschmuck there is no. The bathroom with tub shower has no counter space. Long ... like to stay in this room. The hotel has according to website room upgrades switch to. read hotel review

Hotel for excursion participants

The hotel is for excursion participants good. The standard rooms are big enough. But this to the inner courtyard orientated, so that the timely and continuously operated air conditioning-especially at night-a little didn't bother. The breakfast was very rich. For the payment with credit card has a surcharge of 3.5% of the total raised, although this when booking on the internet was free. read hotel review

From the outside the hotel makes a great impression. Front desk, peli pub and restaurant are modern and comfortable equipped, the rooms against were a catastrophe! We could 5 room see and you everybody was ageing, old, partly dirty, cramped and noisy. You could see the neighbors snoring, telephone and on the quiet village hear. Disgusting! During the second night after a storm in the hotel some windows broken. The pieces were in front of the entrance, and, despite a instruction and the risk of injury for small children or dogs only in the afternoon swept. Apart from the new ... building the hotel is not at all anymore. The corridors had hostels -character and didn't seem very inviting. It is reasonable value for money at all not at all. The rooms are for the furnishings overpriced. read hotel review

The breakfast was mediocre. Selection of sausage and cheese was ok, however also nothing more. The scrambled eggs was already at 8:00 to our breakfast cold and tasted not at all. The tea glasses were all dirty and unusable

  • Location

The location on the edge de koog was all right. The hotel is located in a quiet area and only a few minutes' drive away from the beach and the place de koog away. On foot however, it would be too long walk into town been.

  • Room
    1.0

Small, musty room, the are somewhat older. Much too small wardrobe, catastrophic bathroom (and we had a 'updated' bathroom), only on the visible spot cleaned. The shower covering had from the inside still no dish cloth seen. The light in the bathroom to a cord be turned on - light switch there was not. Beds were for Texel typical hotel beds without solid frames, so in the distance in the bettmitte always increases and you the beds again together had. Apart from that they were but clean, although sand on the bed with the daily purification not away was (you could have had the cover only shake out must). Apart from that were the rooms - as described above - very badly soundproofed, so you almost everything from the neighboring rooms heard. Very unappetizing.

  • Service
    1.0

Very, very, very bad service. We were not for breakfast the walk through the lobby from the staff hello. The lady at the reception twisted on the question of a guest the eyes. In peli pub we were on the 2. evening not any more served. Only after four-time ask and 2 hours wait we could the service our order. An impertinence. The cleaning of the rooms was not really thoroughly. Sand on the floor was only partly vacuumed. Toilet paper not at all refilled. This we had to at the front desk and were allowed through the whole hotel this walk. Pool and solarium costs extra, the amount should these but inclusive services.

  • Sport & Leisure
    1.0

For the leisure offers ( pool, solarium...) you had to extra pay. The amount and the price-performance should be inclusive services act.
