Advantage this hotel is the very good location the iguassu nationalparkt with the falls.
On this fact rests the management apparently from. Very unfriendly staff, narrow room, very poor service especially the cruel cuisine of the hotel. You can only guess, neither a breakfast a dinner. Something qualitatively bad and tasteless one gets otherwise only in the abgelegendsten corners of africa to eat. There the majority of the guests but only one or two nights stay (we also thank god) will probably not change a great deal. Stay away from the 'restaurant'... Perfect hotel for a visit in iguassu and for inspection of the water fall.
The airport is about minutes reachable. Public bus into town stops right in front of the hotel.
The hotel has a wonderful gertenanlage with a pool. The water fall easy to reach on foot.

With the service altogether we were not content, with the individual persons already. Is perhaps also because of the requirements of the management.As usual in Brazil there are in the hotel a buffet, nothing exciting for the price.
The waiter to our table was friendly and pleasant.Room not large, there are possibility the improvement in bathroom and cleanliness.The outside area makes a tidy impression. We had a group in superior rooms.
