The romanians family-run guest house is cheap and proximity to the center with the subway around the corner (2 stops to marienplatz). We have 65 Euro for the double room including breakfast paid, which we however not utilized (the breakfast times from 7a half 10 were because of munich great nightlife too early).

Staff are concerned. We had a parking space in the courtyard for €7 per day - also has worked great.
Call hardly anyone to reach.We only the breakfast option, was adequate.Very small and room in need of refurbishment. Extremely small tv, cable with tape on the wall fastened. Bathroom also very small, however not so old as the rest of the room - cleanliness good!
Large disadvantage, you can hear everything from the room next door, as well as in the hallway outside the room. If someone at night returns home or someone new checking in you can hear every word understand.The … read more

The pension is in a good state and was situated in very close the theresienwiese. The room we had booked was on the ground floor, unfortunately, this was the passage of the other guests and thus quite noisy. The rooms are very clairaudient. Our room was on the street side the rather little busy, but with the windows closed we could sleep undisturbed by traffic noise. The room had unfortunately no wardrobe and very small. The bathroom was a new condition and very well maintained. A tv was available, however I found the hanging wiring than good annoying. The offered … read more
