The rooms are simple and functional with older furniture (TV, safe, hairdryer). We always had plenty of towels which were changed every day. The room are about 3.5 metres high, and have large windows. Unfortunately it is still not fitting curtains to the room shutters enough to do if you are not already in the morning at sunrise room have a light would like. Can't stop bragging about this hotel letter, staff at check-in or check-out not very friendly, and the staff at breakfast. Cleaning staff friendly. Breakfast buffet could be improved, we were disappointed. Rooms are large but old fashioned decor, it felt like you were previously the grandparents :-) the location of the hotel is simply great. The location is the only good thing about this hotel. With the friendliness at reception and in the service is not to be expected unless the cleaning staff the very friendly and accommodating were. The breakfast buffet was very clear the table you had to set and lucky if you at least a clean tablecloth had. But brilliant was such a unmotivirtes staff i have ever experienced so after the motto why mach i scheissarbeit here. The hotel post for short city breaks really recommendable. The location is magnificent, in 5 minutes one reaches the Stephansplatz, subway and tram are only about 300 meters away. For our celebration with buffet for over 50 persons the hall was booked, but 7 persons occupied and we had therefore in the club room almost spaced sit. The buffet the undecorated vestibule laid out. The warm dishes were ungewärmt and cold, wine glasses were on demand counted provided. Our vienna ausrichtern the celebration was this whole fact very embarrassing.
As the chamber will finally was free, we could then with all move.
Breakfast simply, through the narrow premises also very uncomfortable, because hectic.
