The hotel is located on a good spot, public transport all around. A great shopping mall just around the corner. Some nice (good rated) restaurants outside the hotel as well. The hotel is lovely furnished. Breakfast is basic, however tasteful. Bar staff is friendly (probably students). The reception staff is not very well English educated. If you speak some words Spanish it's makes it all a bit easier. We had 3 complaints. 1 one was solved perfectly, the other 2 below expectation.

The hotel is very ambitious however fails it a little in the implementation. The roof terrace with bar and pool for example is very nice, however you can see the observation deck of the neighboring shopping center exactly on the terrace, therefore you feel very observed. Also the cleanliness of the pool left something else to wish for.

the staff at reception is really great-you can't say anything else. They were always friendly and we could without problems the suitcase suggest, although our room not finished yet was (we were but also way too early dA) in breakfast was the we encountered very delicious. The cleanliness leaves generally to desire, I do not want to say that it was dirty but super run down everything. In the lift he has only once after urine smelled not very pleasant was. Great location: on the placa espanya, Flugenhafen bus station (to pay extra), metro station, bus number 46 (from/to the airport = in the Barcelona card included). GREAT POOL!
