For a 2 key apartment not at all bad times so. We had worse in Spain.
We had 3 balcony with a view of the mountains and the sea. It was so loud in our apartment
Not at all. Only the entertainment the neighboring hotels disturbed. And the water heater in the kitchen
Was very loud, did evenings off.
Who absolute peace and quiet searches, shouldn't in the middle of Cala Millor stay.

Cleanliness reasonable. Daily room cleaned, fresh towels.Staff unfriendly. The dinner at the time between 18:00 and 20:00.
From 19,40 has already begun, the food clear up, so that one actually, if you in peace food very early must.

We were very satisfied. Because we have 2.5 stars booked, and we got it. Towels were changed, and it was made clean. The way to the main hotel to the breakfast was okay.

The entrance we had to search, found a letter, in which we were told, that we the key in the bottom restaurant atlanta pick-up may.
The staff in the Hotel Veronica was rude and unhelpful.Breakfast and dinner (buffet) in the Hotel Veronica, in the basement. The tables are very close. The staff are unfriendly.
