Initially very friendly, what quickly changed. We are talking about barmen at the pool bar. Opposite dream lagoon often a unprofessional lackluster attitude, unfriendly and ignoring, which not only the two of us' exotics' concerned. There were only three boys in the two weeks, the good job and is all the guests without differences have cared.
In the restaurant all businesslike, but nice.
Cleaning staff, cooks and beach boys always very friendly.
You get all of us love to 6 stars, barmen against not more than two.Beach (main) bar, pool bar, main restaurant, fish restaurant (not all inclusive)

The employees were very hard for the guests, also the German guests. You could even a few phrases in German. Almost everybody was friendly. The cleaning of the rooms was in the first week great. We got towel animals ( monkey, elephant, turtle) to the bed set. But after a change because of vacation the reinigungsboys was from. But cleaned it new boy also good. The hand towels were not always clean. Often they saw yellow or brown from, however don't know.The food was good. There you can say nothing. The service in the restaurant of the hotel was always very good, however which in other hotels occurs are not all service staff nice and helpful.The food was good, there was a wide selection of different dishes. Therefore, it lots of italians in the hotel gave you always noodles and pizza fresh from the oven is available. What however when we went wrong, we have a trip to Luxor booked, and had to a day before at the front desk the ticket before show, so that we a lunch box and the dinner into the room wars. friendliness of the staff is everywhere given. As mentioned limit number staff the foreign languages skills on Italian, some also spoke English. The cleaning of the rooms was very good. You were already everywhere Trouble friendly to be. Other services we didn't use taken. The Briefing in terms of the information in the hotel could have been a little more can be.
