My wife and i were 17 days in the 4* IFA dunemar in the side building. We complained the next Day at the front desk the following : our rooms-number : 1037 on the 10. floor The carpet in the corridor to the room is run down (holes ), in the room verpfleckt. The mattresses were saggy (there were no new mattresses in stock), we should other room 2 mattresses receive, if the room free will. Make-up mirror was missing in the bathroom. We have stayed in 5 stars hotels, which our opinion definitely not were better than this hotel. The lobby with integrated desk is an absolute wellness character, it is pleasantly quiet, the atmosphere very nice. The in the house the dance (Oscar) is also for older people very recommendable, although there is a very busy. Also in the lobby there is often a program with music, you can also dance. On the rooms it is absolutely quiet! The room cleaning was excellent, the entire staff is very friendly.

Families-and was handicap friendly can't assess, as we as a couple without children traveling. The hotel is complete with a wheelchair accessible and by the pool is a behindertenlift. Other aspects, the disabled are still important, we could not judge.
We had to for a very long time for the check-in wait, because we arrived in the morning and the rooms first after 15:00 o'clock were finished. As mentioned in the introduction mentioned, is the staff really very friendly and attentive.
Especially in the restaurant we were always served quickly and the plates were quickly cleared away.
It has a solid cleaning lady, within a desired period the room cleans.The food is very varied and is generally in buffet form enough. It is definitely something there for everyone. The quality is very good. And also always abundant. Fruit and gemüsequalität are very good.
We miss the buffet now already...We had our room in the 11. floor with a fantastic view of the beach, sea, sun and sand dunes.

Staff always friendly, the language skills (english, german) always enough, for good understood.The restaurant is very tastefully decorated, some with view on the sea.
The dinner was diverse, the courts in the evening were international, but unfortunately hardly seasoned. Much tasted really soggy and, much too few local dishes. Unfortunately the food often only lukewarm, then, if it seconds from of the kitchen came, outstanding the dessert buffet.
