My wife and i were 17 days in the 4* IFA dunemar in the side building. We complained the next Day at the front desk the following : our rooms-number : 1037 on the 10. floor The carpet in the corridor to the room is run down (holes ), in the room verpfleckt. The mattresses were saggy (there were no new mattresses in stock), we should other room 2 mattresses receive, if the room free will. Make-up mirror was missing in the bathroom. The hotel is in the entrance area a clean and neat impression. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, if you took a closer look at the decor and the entire hotel was quite tired. The rooms are very clean, one couldn't complain, but is not today's standards. The teppichböding are worn, the bathroom old and the furniture in the room was worn and partially damaged. My judgment no 4 stars, more like 3. Also the pool area needs a makeover. We were overall satisfied, although not as in other hotels. The food is very good, the service ... at the buffet also. wi-fi in the room for 8 Euro during the day was a joke. However there are in the lobby free wireless internet access, although quite slow. The hotel was at our travel time (february) fairly quiet since there were mainly older couples to guest. Overall the hotel is recommendable, albeit with points being taken for the decor. read hotel review

    In the area you will find many shops and restaurants, something for everyone. Drive to the airport about 40 minutes. A trip to Las Palmas with the bus is recommendable (bus stop not far from the hotel for about 7 Euro per person). Quite disturbing were the ' hawkers' the everywhere anquatschen, but in other countries and cities so, unfortunately.

Were now already to 2 time there. Overall the hotel is nice, the food and location is very good. Since we this time with 3 people plus baby were there we had a room in the 13. floor in the main building and not as in the last year in the annex. It was as requested quiet, but the furniture already strong signs of wear. ( desk, at the badzimmertür inside was peeling off below the veneers from). Also some chair in the reception and repaint were partly on the armrests worn. The buffet in the evening (half board) was ... very good and the staff very helpful and friendly. read hotel review

We can IFA Dunamar very recommended, it was just a shame was the Pool too cold. The location could not be better, close to the beach, in the middle of the ' Geschehen' and still quiet. read hotel review

    The gastronomical offer was very varied and tasty - although culinary highlights unfortunately only rarely to find - it can possibly review only on a very high level be exercised.
