The staff at the reception was always very helpful and decent. Also the cleaning staff has always greeted in a friendly manner and the rooms were always tiptop clean.The breakfast was for a Italian breakfast buffet very adequate-there was amongst others ham, salami, cheese, butter, jams, nutella, hard boiled eggs, 3 different juices ( the, although you from the machine came were very good ), muesli, cakes, croissants, the coffee one with a machine myself, is right good. The hotel is in several steps from the Basilica di San Domenico and in three to five minutes walk to/from the bus stop (a sort of street terminal) to which we\ve arrived from Bologna (viaFlorence). Friendly staff. They've escorted us to the room. It's not needless, because the nmeration of rooms is very much confused find your difficult due to confusing numbering rooms (for example, 237 and 116 can be close to one another) and to find yours is not easy. A little mold in the bathroom, breakfast completely unacceptable, but good location. All in all, worth the price. At the check-in was not very friendly and slow. The hotel has five (!) parking spaces, good luck! … read more
