A good hotel, reasonably priced compared super, very friendly staff, room for sleeping perfectly adequate, bathroom clean and has alleswas you need, hotel has even free wi-fi. Welcoming at the reception very pleasant and efficient, questions were extremely helpful answered, i had no complaints.
Room cleaning was correct and clean.
English language skills will be provided, we were in London.The hotel consists of now 3 houses, all in the perimeter of about 75 meters, the 24 hours reception is in the main building in warwick way, diagonally left opposite in the same street is an annex, the other diagonally right across the street at the belgrave road. Overall has 87 rooms to the hotel, breakfast is only included for the guests the main building, free wi-fi-access for all rooms.

One must with the hotels in London ja be very careful-stars mean since it was often not much and one must for a good location - on right, we call it, ' interesting ' hotels adjust (see my review the airways hotel before 2 years). Staff is friendly. Room cleaning good. In our room worked the safe initially not, because the battery was empty. Repair was done immediately.It is a simple but clean and above all renovated hotel in London proximity Victoria Station. There is a main house and neighboring house. The Best Western Hotel Victoria Palace is some minutes on foot from the Victoria Station. From there one has a very good subway Port. Wether the location generally central, dependant on, which one in London plan. Buckingham Palace is for example a comfortable walk away, I had appointments in Canary Wharf, there is a whole piece away.
