Hotel The Westin^{(5 stars)}

The rooms are huge and the mattresses really top. A bed sheet was ripped, when we arrived, but it was after complaint immediately exchanged. Should be emphasized the great breakfast. Massive selection amongst others also smoothies with kiwi/banana or beerencocktail. 24 hours fitness is great. There is also a sauna, but unfortunately no pool. … read more

Rooms are very spacious and well equipped (iron, kettle, etc.) , bathroom with a shower and bathtub and many things (bathrobes, etc.). The beds are typical of the Westin a dream. For breakfast the staff were on both mornings very overtaxed. There the tables to that very small were, piled up the used table-ware after some time and no one came and cleared from. Would be the service better, would be the size the table absolutely sufficient been... Choice at the breakfast was perfect. Many things, so much you could even two mornings not at all try... In general nice hotel, but ageing. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is however the location. Around the hotel is more or less nothing. The palace of culture is reachable in circa 15 minutes on foot as well as a shopping mall and the main train station. I prefer the sister hotel Le Meridien Bristol before. … read more

The hard facts" on the, so condition of the hotel, etc. changed fitness since my last visit to nothing. The Westin Warsaw is still one of my favorite hotels in Warsaw, the Westin beds belong to my favorites. The service level has dropped considerably, however. During my visit the end July (almost) I knew no one from the staff. It seems as if, as if the entire "old crew" the hotel left. This massive turnover felt I also.
