The service was impeccable. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed on request. the staff, as well as the host were really friendly. It was constant asked, if everything reasonable was. foreign languages skills: German, English, Italianbreakfast was very balanced. There were several different types of breads( rolls, bread, toast). A variety of cereals were offered, as well as daily fresh fruit and Quark. Different sausage-as cheese. furthermore were different juices to choose from a wide range of breakfast. Location
The club resort enjoys a quiet yet central location, one of the most beautiful in the Stubai Valley. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, a recreation centre with indoor and outdoor pools and the church are all just a few steps away. The ski area and a stop for scheduled buses are also on the doorstep. The Stubai Valley glacier is around 15 km from the hotel and Innsbruck is approximately 23 km away.
Facilities
The cosy, family-run hotel has a personal atmosphere and offers guests 18 rooms as well as a lobby with reception desk, a bar, restaurant, hotel safe, ski storage room and a car park.
Rooms
All rooms are equipped with a shower/WC and most have a balcony. Other in-room amenities include a telephone (fees apply), cable TV, a safe, minibar, Internet access and central heating.
Sports/Entertainment
Guests wishing to relax at the hotel are offered a sauna, steam room, hot tub, infrared cabin and entry to Neustift's public outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Tennis courts as well as hiking and cross country trails are all in the immediate vicinity.

A breakfast buffet is served each morning and set menu options are available for dinner.
