The sports for children was cold, only open at certain times (the then parallel to the familienbadezeiten were) and had to be paid extra.
Bathrobes and towels were missing in the wellness area.
Breakfast in the appetito with fermented fruit salad.
In the children's rooms there is only one ceiling lamp (spartan furnishings)
Cobwebs on the ceilings. Hotel next to Edeka in the winter only sometimes heated.

The rooms are really super large and super great. There are actually no rooms, it is the right apartments. Children's room, bedroom, living room, bathroom and separate toilet, large hallway.

Condition of the hotel: it is brand new, some rooms, or suite is finished, another part is still in construction or development was handicap friendly: our suite would be good reachable with a scooter, but inside not a lot of space for example to get to bed. As in other units we can't comment. This is a great new hotel, which due to its fantastic very central location. Within walking distance is everything, but really everything reachable. We had a wonderful terrace-as a family room. We have more than comfortable-we would also, a longer period there spend your Holiday. Our two boys (four and eight years) we get from the kids club out.
