  The Residence Arca Sul Garda is situated in the most enviable position between Bardolino and Garda overlooking Lake Garda and immersed in a beautiful park of olive-trees - typical of the Olive Riviera. A real peaceful ahven for you and your family. Both Bardolino and Garda, 2 charming lakeside villages can be reached by a short walk of about 15 minutes along the lake path. The residence offers its guests a beautiful swimming-pool, play area and pool for children, a characteristic restaurant with bar and large lake-view terrace, laundry room, carpark and reception area. The garden is full of beautiful plants and trees where you can walk and relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The whole area amounts to 56,000 sq mt so it makes an ideal place for a family holiday.

  The villas and the apartmetns of Residence Arca (and Ca'Mure) are furnished with style, all are independent and surrounded by gardens. All have dishwashers, safe, telephone, satelite TV,central-heating. Nearly all apartments have balconies or terrace with garden table and chairs. Studio apartment for 2,4 people (ST): Living room with double sofa-bed, kitchen area,sleeping area with 2 beds, bathroom with shower and toilet (40 sq mt) 2-room apartment for 2, 3,4 people (A): Living area with double sofa-bed, kitchen area, twin bedroom (Ap. A3 with single sofa bed and with a gallery room), bathroom with shower and toilet (40 sq mt) 3-room apartment for 4-6 people (B): like type A plus a further twin room (50 sq mt). Independent villas are also available.
• Food and Drink
  Open all day for your enjoyment and ideal for all the family: from breakfast to dinner. Enjoy the amazing lake views from the terrace whilst sampling the gastronomic delights served from our restaurant by friendly attentive staff or how about an aperitif whilst watching the sunset over the lake or perhaps one of our barman's famous cocktails.

  The pool area consists of a sunbathing terrace with umbrellas and sunbeds, children's pool and playarea, jacuzzi.
