Staff always very attentive, friendly, polite, absolutely reliable! Boss regularly locally and asked directly at the guests, if everything goes well. Drinks service wonderful - you will be recognized and immediately the desired drink is served. Without extra invitation-you just say: please as always!
Foreign languages skills were not requested, but staff international, I am from foreign languages skills from. In the hotel 'white Rabbit' you get the feeling, the guest, the all of the staff waited. I had rarely seen such a friendly, helpful team, the no masked, but honest warm smile displays. Very central city hotel; directly at the pedestrian precinct from Passau.
As with noise (noisy night people, trash collection at 4:30 o'clock, building sites etc.. ) day and night is, you should have a room to the inner courtyard give/ reserve leave.
The service is friendly and competent; the breakfast buffet fully and tidy.
Parking for the underground car park (12,- Euro a night) is excessive, but without alternative, since the traffic wardens in Passau during the day very industrious are. … read more
