Erawan palm resort is a small, comfortable resort with an informal atmosphere. We stayed in the superior bungalow with lateral view of pool and beach and were very satisfied. Everything was clean. We booked overnight accommodation and breakfast booked. The breakfast was to us reasonable, there was no sausage/ ham and cheese however therefor plenty of fresh fruits, yoghurt, muesli. And with omelets, french toast and pancakes we could also a good start into …  read hotel review

We have in this hotel 4 nights and after 2 nights prematurely left. The complex is very dated, the pool (you definitely not with the great beach need) was dirty and very small. To the pool you could only with bathing shoes run, as the wooden floor otherwise to injuries invited. The bathroom was unfortunately moldy, the obtrusive chlorine smell the mold,. With the cancellation of further nights are the hotel employees more than unprofessional handled. To m …  read hotel review

The hotel is located on the port other side of the island. There is a hiking trail (duration about 2.5 hour) or transfer with the boat. The hotel is completely okay the food with half board i would not book here again as a very limited selection. Kophi phi should be a dream, but just to a nightmare or better a dump (very sad) read hotel review

On arrival on kho phi phi at the port clay said we were really ripped off. For the long-tail-boat to the hotel we had 30 €to pay, unfortunately we didn't know, that actually every hotel a shuttle offered, the is substantially cheaper. Erawan palm resort is located on a small beach section with only a few hotels. There is a local restaurant, where you also very good food. The bungalows are very nice and large enough. A considerable disadvantage is, that always 2 rooms in a bungalow and you on the terrace right next to each other can sit. The ... restaurant area is the whole day one-stop shop for all excursion boats. That means here is for the whole day hell the matter. In the sea swimming only in the limited area, due to the very strong the boat traffic. The pool has seen better times. Generally we find, that this island completely is overrated. No matter where you go, the snorkel trips, it is everything from tourists completely overwhelmed. There are nicer stains in Thailand. read hotel review

Very friendly staff and good service. The location of the hotel is very quiet and right on the white sandy beach. Only the pool could do with a bit of attention. The atmosphere in the north of phi phi pleased us better than in the south (area tonsai bay) read hotel review

Nice hotel, very secluded

The hotel is located very secluded at the northern end the island and is only be reached by boat. There, there are neither facilities nor a supermarket. If you know this and before accordingly forward, it is very pleasant. We have due to the reports other tourist already before drinks, snacks, etc. In the supermarket on phuket and bought with inventories arrived. We were very friendly greeted, our room was clean, the bathroom newly renovated. Every day were the towels on the bed decorated and there was enough water in bottles. Food and drinks in the hotel are very expensive ... and the quality so well. We booked half board. The breakfast was very meagerly (toast, butter, jams, eggs, some fruit, juices/ sugary water and coffee/ tea). During dinner you could choose between the half board menu or for 500 Bhat à la carte. For the quality and the quantity of the food way too expensive. The friendliness and the service was in the restaurant very different, depending on who has worked. It could be directly at the beach with your feet in the sand food. Every 2 days there was a musical entertainment program in the restaurant. The main village tonsai you can only by boat, what a simple visit is very expensive, since one went down for the hotel boat 200 Bhat/ person/one way pay should. We have a long tail boat the gipsys for 4 h for 1100 Bhat (to Maya Bay 1200 Bhat for 4 h) and rented us great bays for snorkelling drive. To Maya Bay should you stay in the early before all the tourists groups drive, then it is really wonderful. During the day you should set this tourist hell however avoid, one sees hardly the beach. On the way back from the trips we then a stopover in tonsai inserted. 1-2 h stay rich, everything to look at and there is a 7-eleven supermarket for stocks to buy. The beach in front of the hotel know strong tides on, you can get bad baden. The sunset on the other side is very nice, even if the way there through a good assortment of food and drinks is. The pool is a bit 'run-down', the pool beach chairs were however during our stay completely renewed. Since we knew, what you're getting into, it was relaxing. As you however no possibilities for recreation in the hotel has, it will for a longer stay quite boring. 4 days were perfect. read hotel review

Big hotel with a lot of bungalows and rooms. The condition the hotel was very neat and inviting. The complex is continuous very clean and tidy. There is a varied breakfast buffet with all, that you ask for... And which sometimes also something you didn't want ☺ (spaghetti alio olio, pat thai, etc.). For our stay were few rooms occupied, the the stay very relaxing has made. I cannot imagine, what they los must be, if the hotel is booked. read hotel review

The own restaurant in the hotel (or next door ) is very good! Comfortable atmosphere directly at the beach with entertainment (music, fire show, thai boxing). Rich choice of meals and beverages, both native, as well as good middle class.

White sandy beach on the doorstep. Very clear, clean water. Great! Otherwise the resort is very isolated in the northern bay of ko phi phi. You can only with a long tail back (about 45 minutes from the pier). In the bay it gives still three further resorts. There is a small supermarket at the beach, as well as some restaurants. Excursions can easily in the hotel be booked. Otherwise is the resort for vacationers came to and ones seeking rest on, but not for people, who want to experience something!

  • Room

Rooms are big and spacious. Beds are thai hard, but ok! Bathroom is big! Rooms features air-conditioning and terrace/balcony. The furniture on the terrace were not very comfortable, but ok!

  • Service

The staff is continuous very friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. The english language skills are good. All requests were immediately to our satisfaction. Rooms can cleaned daily are. There are extra towels and flip flops.

  • Sport & Leisure

Pool was in the first days a little cloudy, but it was more or less immediately well cleaned and then it was again crystal clear ☺... The pool chairs are a little dated, but comfortable! Space by the pool is enough. Even with a pool bar.
