Erawan palm resort is a small, comfortable resort with an informal atmosphere. We stayed in the superior bungalow with lateral view of pool and beach and were very satisfied. Everything was clean. We booked overnight accommodation and breakfast booked. The breakfast was to us reasonable, there was no sausage/ ham and cheese however therefor plenty of fresh fruits, yoghurt, muesli. We have in this hotel 4 nights and after 2 nights prematurely left. The complex is very dated, the pool (you definitely not with the great beach need) was dirty and very small. To the pool you could only with bathing shoes run, as the wooden floor otherwise to injuries invited. The bathroom was unfortunately moldy, the obtrusive chlorine smell the mold,. With the cancellation of further nights are the hotel employees more than unprofessional handled. To m … read more

Very friendly staff and good service. The location of the hotel is very quiet and right on the white sandy beach. Only the pool could do with a bit of attention. The atmosphere in the north of phi phi pleased us better than in the south (area tonsai bay) … read more

The hotel is located very secluded at the northern end the island and is only be reached by boat. There, there are neither facilities nor a supermarket. If you know this and before accordingly forward, it is very pleasant. We have due to the reports other tourist already before drinks, snacks, etc. In the supermarket on phuket and bought with inventories arrived. We were very friendly greeted, our room was clean, the bathroom newly renovated. Every day were the towels on the bed decorated and there was enough water in bottles. Who only at the beach wants to be is in the right place here. Bes only two excursions offered for snorkeling. For a lot of money! Prefer a bosun and tell him where he drive. Food and drinks are in the hotel very expensive, who thus times in tonsai is, spending spree! Because the small shop of the locals, quite expensive. We booked half board and that was good because it otherwise very expensive would. However nobody knew by the staff what half board is, so it was every day on the new explained! The staff were always keen to help and very friendly. All wishes were promptly and reliably.
The foreign language skills were good and with problems or concerns was very professional handled and everything to the best satisfaction taken care of.
The cleaning of the rooms was thorough and caring.
We have several times massages booked, to massage is located in a Pavillon directly at the beach with a view of the sea - wonderful and very relaxing!There was a restaurant, A lunchtime selbstbedienungsbüfett ( we didn't use) and a pool bar.
